Established as an independent estate agency in 2006, John Alexander Estate Agents have continued to evolve and now specialise in Lettings as well as residential Sales. An expansion program has seen the acquisition of a second office in Tiptree, opened in 2009 and the relocation of the Maldon office to larger, more prominent offices on the High Street, in early 2011.

With a significant geographical overlap, the ability to market all properties from both office locations has proved of tremendous advantage to John Alexander’s clients.
